Our menu is adapted to each season of the year, offering typical seasonal products from our country such as grilled meats, mushrooms, “trinxats”, “xicoia salads” or cods.

Our careful selection of wines is in constant transformation, through product presentations, and wine tastings organized throughout the year.

As a typical specialty of Borda Estevet, we offer not only Andorran meats cooked on a slate, but also Homemade Foie-Gras.

The perfect end to a meal, is with our homemade desserts: simply delicious!!!

Meat cooked on a slate

Meat is our best speciality, particularly Andorran Meat with Quality stamp  and Meats of the World. We prepare them, grilled with sorted sauces or cooked on a warm slate. In this way, each one can choose how they want it (rare, medium or well done).

'Trinxats'

“The Trinxat” is a tipical dish from the Pyrenees, and is a must have in our ancestors diet. The base is cabbage and smashed potato, topped with Rosta (fried bacon). Instead of Rosta, we served as well with Foie, truffle, black sausage or other specialities depending on the season.

Foie gras mi-cuit

We love Homemade Porto’s Foie terrine! We prepare the foie from the beginning; depleting, salting and disposing it in shapes in a Terrine. After being half-cooked is ready for enjoy it, a real pleasure!
